We look forward to coming every year when we are on holiday in Cardiff . My daughter’s haircut was fine but the experience not great as there was no conversation . All a bit awkward . Megan tried to start a conversation but was really shut down . All around her , other clients were having a lovely experience with their stylists and Megan was just made to feel really uncomfortable . The same happened once before when we booked Monica and we didn’t realise it was her until we turned up and realised we had booked her again . Disappointing . Will be careful next year and book someone else .
