Super friendly and knowledgeable. Talked me through the entire process and what to expect. I also loved the ambience and how cheerful the other ladies were.

Would 100% recommend this shop! They made me feel welcome as soon as i came in, and was a very smooth process. The actual piecing - done by Morgan, was super quick and easy, after everything was clearly explained to me about what was going to happen and the aftercare. It’s exactly what I wanted, thank you so much, will be back! !

After a bad experience else where 2 times on my tragus (which I had to have both piercings removed), I finally had the other ear (tragus) pierced here at empress and it only took one try with Morgan and it was absolutely stunning I’m very happy with it. I also had my forward helix pierced with Morgan for the first time. The angle and placement of both are exceptional.
