I book out longer appointment slots to allow time between clients for cleaning, sanitising my workstation, and preparing for the next appointment, which may have caused some confusion regarding the treatment duration.
I wasn’t aware that you had any concerns at the time. Had I known, I would have done my best to address them there and then so I can only apologise :)

Don’t understand why price list reads gel pedicure  1 hour 15 mins. I was done in 30 mins ?   Sorry but did not find the seating very comfortable  the lamp was placed in an awkward position.   I have had many pedicures but this sadly was not the best. Possibly inexperience
