This 50 min treatment is with a massage oil and focuses on key areas such as the back, legs, arms and neck. 

Full Body Swedish Massage 50 min

This treatment is a back, neck and shoulder massage that aims to help relieve tension and tightness in the upper body. A quick invigorating treatment with massage oil to de-stress, improve posture and increase blood circulation. Perfect treatment during a lunch break or when needing a quick boost of energy on a busy day.  

Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage 20 min

Indian head massage is a holistic treatment that uses acupressure massage to relax the neck, face and head. This Ayurvedic treatment uses oriental massage techniques on the head and face which bring a deep sense of relaxation and may support the relief of headaches and migraines and improve hair and scalp conditions. This shorter session is offered as a Father's Day treat to celebrate all the dads visiting the Wealden Literary festival.

Thai Yoga massage treatment combines massage with stretching and is carried out on a large mat on the floor. This treatment aims to restore balance, create harmony and increase vitality which all help to improve overall joint mobility and muscle flexibility. Thai Yoga massage is based on the concept of working with our meridian lines, using techniques such as palming, thumbing and stretching to shift stuck or blocked energy. This is a meditative slow-paced treatment which aims to realign body, mind and breathe. As this is a yoga treatment, please wear clothes which are suitable for movement. This treatment is suitable for anyone as is individually tailored to reset and recharge like a mini retreat in itself.

Full Body Thai Yoga Massage 90 min

This treatment is a shorter Thai Yoga massage session focusing on the upper body such as the back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands and head. It combines massage with stretching and is carried out on a large mat on the floor alternating from laying on the back, the front and a side lying position releasing tensions and stress and upper body and shoulder area.

This is a meditative slow-paced treatment which aims to realign body, mind and breathe. As this is a yoga treatment, please wear clothes which are suitable for movement. This treatment is suitable for anyone as is individually tailored to reset and recharge.
