By exposing your body to colder temperatures, you’re also able to alter the behavior of your fat cells.

Each session includes up to 30 minutes of cold plunge recovery, and can be booked individually or if you're feeling social you can book this room for a private group of up to 2 people at one time.

Our private contrast therapy room is complete with a custom made Finnish traditional Sauna, Ice Bath, Shower, Changing Room.

Each session includes up to 1 hour of recovery, and can be booked individually or if you're feeling social you can book this room for a private group of up to 2 people at one time
