Consultation for Advanced Electrolysis (A.C.P. Blemish Removal Treatment). This consultation is booked with an Electrologist. If you are contraindicated and cannot proceed with treatment the full amount of £30 is chargeable. We highly recommend you to speak to your GP about any blemishes you are wanting to remove before booking this appointment. GP consent may be required for treatment to go ahead.

This is a package treatment that requires upfront payment. If you do not give 48 hours' notice for cancellation/changes to your appointment or simply do not show up,  you will forfeit the prepaid treatment on that day.

**Please be aware, we cannot confirm your appointment until a deposit has been received. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours' of booking. Your slot will be reserved for 24 hours' before being offered to the next customer after that time.**

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds on unused treatments attached to pre-paid packages. 
Pre‐paid packages for specific treatments cannot be transferred to other treatments.
However, if for any reason you have changed your mind in relation to a pre-paid package purchased online or over the phone, you have a 14 day cooling off period within which to ask for a full refund. This does not apply to packages purchased in-clinic.
