Thai Remedial Massage

A gentler type of massage with a more extensive use of massage oil. We use a very high quality coconut based oil that offers great glide on the body. If you've had a Swedish massage or aromatherapy massage, this is very simliar.

Oil Relaxation Massage

45 minutes

Uses hot stones primarily on the back, but elsewhere if requested. Relaxes the muscles and stimulates blood flow.

Hot Stone Massage

Rejuvenate with our sports massage. Designed for athletes and active individuals, this treatment targets specific muscle groups to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and enhance flexibility. Perfect for post-workout recovery and peak performance.

Sport Massage

A hard massage designed to help alleviate pain, often in a particular problem area where the muscle is very tight. This is the only massage type we set a minimum of 1 hour in order to treat the problem thoroughly. A deep massage is more akin to a medical treatment, rather than relaxation.
