Puppy packages 
We recommend introducing your puppy to grooming at 10-12 weeks old, after their second set of vaccinations – even short-haired/smooth-coated puppies. Waiting until later in life could mean that grooming becomes a very stressful experience for your pup. 
Our packages are for puppies under 5 months.

Matting charges may apply where additional time and care are needed to safely remove knots or tangled coats. Fees are based on the severity of the matting (light, moderate or severe). In some cases, clipping may be necessary to protect your dog’s comfort and welfare.

Light matting requiring extra brushing or clipping, adding time to your dog’s groom. This charge covers the additional work needed to safely and comfortably remove minor tangles.

Severe matting requiring extensive clipping and significantly longer grooming time. For your dog’s comfort and welfare, heavily matted coats may need to be clipped very short.
