To maintain the highest standard of service and ensure every set is tailored to your unique features and lifestyle, all new clients must book a complimentary 15-minute consultation before securing a lash appointment.

This can be conducted via Zoom or telephone, and allows us to:
- Discuss your lash goals
- Assess suitability for specific styles
- Review any sensitivities or preferences
- Recommend the most flattering lash design using my Lash Mapping by Face Shape technique

Consultation is mandatory.

If a new client books an appointment without first completing a consultation, the appointment will be cancelled without notice.

New Client Consultation 

Infills must be booked at 2-3 weeks and must have at least 40% of your lash extensions still on. If you book your appointment over 3 weeks or have less than 40% of lash extensions left, you will be charged for a full set. 

Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes. Time spent cleaning on lashes will be deducted from your infill time. 

Please take the above into consideration when booking.

Treatment completed using very fine hand made fans. This treatment, gives you gorgeous full volume lashes using excellent isolation. You will get 100% coverage to achieve your desired volumised look! Anything from 3D-5D volume full set.
