     Essential Appointment Information:
• Booking Procedure: Please ensure your full set appointment is scheduled before arranging your patch test.
• Patch Test Timing: This test should be conducted between 24 and 48 hours prior to your full set appointment.
• Arrival Protocol: For both appointments, it is essential to arrive with a thoroughly cleansed, makeup-free face and eyes (excluding foundation, creams, etc.). The lash patch test will involve applying three individual lashes directly to the natural lashes of each eye (not to the wrist or behind the ear).

ELZYT Salon Policies for Lash Services

Lash Removal Service Eligibility
• Lash removal services are exclusively provided for applications completed at our facility within the preceding two weeks or more.
• For lash applications performed elsewhere, we advise clients to pursue removal services at the original establishment.

Cancellation and No-Show Fees
• ELZYT Salon Official Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations submitted less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment: A 50% service fee will be assessed.
• Cancellations submitted less than 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or no-shows: A 100% service fee will be assessed.


EYELASHES REMOVAL

• Standard Rate: 50 €(8 a.m. - 6 p.m.,Mon-Sat)
• After-Hours Rate: Higher rates apply outside these hours and all day Sunday

Lash Refill Information and Requirements
• Recomended 2-4 week timeframe following your last lash application, exclusively for current Elzyt Salon clientele only.
• Applicable for Classic, Hybrid, and Volume.
• Wash lashes before your appointment using a recommended cleanser & lash washing brush ("ELZYT LASH FOAM CLEANSER" or "ELZYT soap bar").
• Arrive with a clean face, free of makeup,
foundation, creams, or lotions.
 •  Eye makeup is strictly prohibited before the procedure
