We begin with a consultation to explore areas of tension, lifestyle factors and how stress may be affecting your body. This allows the treatment to be more targeted and effective from the start.

The session then flows into a full body massage combining targeted techniques and relaxing movements to release tension, reduce discomfort and support overall balance.

This extended session ensures we have the time to both assess and treat, helping you experience deeper and longer-lasting results.

Initial Consultation & Full Body Reset (90 min)

Indian Head Massage is a traditional therapeutic practice that originates from Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of medicine. It involves a range of massage techniques applied to the scalp, neck, shoulders, and upper back. The massage aims to release tension, improve circulation, relieve stress, and promote relaxation. Often using oils, it can also nourish the hair and scalp. The practice is both soothing and invigorating, often used to balance energy and enhance overall well-being.

Combining the Indian Head Massage originated from Ayurveda which uses oil for the whole treatment, it involves a range of techniques applied to the scalp, neck, shoulders, and upper back with a hydrating facial mask and an incredible face massage. 

Indian Head Massage + Facial Mask + Facial Massage 

Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, rhythmic massage technique designed to stimulate the body’s lymphatic system — the network responsible for removing toxins, waste, and excess fluid from the tissues. This deeply cleansing treatment supports the immune system, reduces swelling, and promotes overall wellbeing.

Using light, precise, and rhythmic movements, your therapist encourages the natural flow of lymph through the body, helping to clear congestion and enhance circulation. Unlike traditional massage, lymphatic drainage does not work on the muscles directly; instead, it focuses on subtle, repetitive motions that assist the body’s natural detoxification process.
