The shape is wonderful, she was wonderful. But my brows are way too dark. I look like an angry bird. We discussed light - medium. They look black

Hi Saskia, Thank you so much for your feedback and for your kind words about the shape and your experience with our team member, we’re really glad to hear you were looked after. We’re very sorry to hear that the colour has come out darker than expected. Tint can appear quite dark immediately after the appointment as it also stains the skin slightly, but this usually softens significantly over the next 24–48 hours as the skin is cleansed and the colour settles. That said, we would absolutely love to help if you’re still feeling unhappy with the colour.
