This was my second visit. First one, perfect in many ways. Second one, not at all perfect. Mostly because they charged me about 40% more, with no pre-warning, not when booking or even on arrival. Others in salon when paying, so was awkward. They confirmed it should have been done beforehand, but no refund of the added fee (which made no sense). I was there less time, and stylist, knew its length from before. Regretfully, only 3 stars. Stylist was nice, AC was 5*. But to charge in this way, with no apology or refund. Not good. Sorry, just very unfair way to treat someone. 2.5 Stars.
