BIAB is a gel-like polish applied as an overlay on natural nails or short extensions. It has a thicker base which assists nail growth as having a stronger application on the nail protects the nail against knocks & breakages. There is less trauma as infills are carried out so there is less acetone usage  & e-filing the nail continuously. 
This method is perfect for people who can grow long and healthy nails however often have breakages. It is also perfect for people who struggle to grow their natural nails from nail biting or being heavy handed.
