Your therapist will begin by discussing what you feel you need from you treatment;  whether it be a truly relaxing and de-stressing massage, or a firmer massage using deep tissue techniques. We will also discuss what areas to work in - anything from neck & shoulders to a full body, or a bespoke mixture to suit you.
