Private and personalised yoga in your home. Perfect for those that are time poor, find it difficult to make it to a yoga class, are nervous to attend a studio class or need to work around family and work commitments.
I come to you, in your home, at a time that suits you. All equipment is provided and we tailor our sessions to suit your personal goals, ability and experience level (beginner to advanced).
I can accommodate up to 3 x people in the sessions.

ALUNARS signature treatment WHOLE is an individualised treatment combining a multi dimensional approach to your health and well-being. 
Herbal tea and treat on arrival, 30 min in depth consultation which sets the basis for your session. 
WHOLE is developed with you in your appointment, and may incorporate breathwork, meditation, restorative yoga postures, reiki, coaching, Ayurvedic facial massage, holistic consultation and guidance.

A one hour Energy healing Reiki session designed to balance what’s unbalanced. 
Whether it’s physical, emotional or mental, Reiki can benefit in many ways. 
Includes herbal tea and vegan treat upon arrival.  Consultation, guided meditation, full body reiki session and curated playlist throughout. 
Optional add on’ include weighted blanket and eye mask.

Enjoy a 1 hour energy healing session including breathwork, meditation, curated playlist and Reiki ending with a 15 min energy clearing facial massage with oils
