If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you’ll be charged 50% of the treatment price. If you cancel your appointment with less than 12 hours notice or ‘no show’, you’ll be charged 100% of the treatment price. We welcome male customers but only when they have been introduced by an existing customer. We reserve the right to not offer a treatment to any customer.
