A mix of gentle modalities is used to treat specific or chronic issues such as plantar fasciitis, headaches, TMJ issues, and low back pain. Therapeutic massage is for those looking to focus on just one or two particular issues, rather than having a full body massage. Stretching may be used, so please bring along comfy clothes. Light to medium pressure can used with periodic deeper work as requested. If you'd like deep tissue work for the duration of the session, please schedule Ashiatsu.
90 minute massages include aromatherapy, a free Hot Stone Spot Treatment, as well as a hot towel foot wrap.
