I am an experienced massage therapist, yoga & meditation teacher and firm believer that optimal well-being is not found in extremes, but through balance.
I work to cultivate more relaxed, peaceful states of being and empower others to take control of their well-being by addressing physical health, mental hygiene, and emotional regulation.
I am currently studying practical myofascial release and aspire to better assist with those living with chronic pain - a subject that is particularly dear to my heart.
