I am a Integrative Massage Therapist and Energy Worker. Back in the mid 90's I found a deep passion in natural healing when I discovered the powerful effects of Essential Oils. From there I went on to study Aromatherapy and Remedial Massage in 2000 and have never stopped learning since, studying modalities including Reiki, Shiatsu and Cranio-sacral, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi. During a treatment session, I work with the body, mind and spirit, intuitively drawing from the healing therapies and techniques I have cultivated over the past 24 years.
