Sobre
Sara's journey in holistic healing began in 2007 in Thailand, where she trained in Thai massage, blending acupressure, energy meridian work, and yoga-like stretching. She further deepened her knowledge with therapeutic Thai massage under blind teacher Sinchai Sukparset, incorporating yoga, meditation, and the power of touch. In 2009, Sara moved to the UK, where she earned her Diploma in Holistic Swedish Massage, Anatomy and Physiology, and Level 5 Sports Massage in London. Her diverse training and experience enable her to offer a unique, well-rounded approach to healing.
