多謝Janice照顧到勁偏食嘅我🤣同埋好有耐性同細心去講解做gym啲問題，但我覺得其實減肥真係唔使咁大壓力～雖然唔算完全好聽話跟足，但呢個月體脂同內臟脂肪都有少左，覺得好神奇！會繼續努力！
