Please note that touch-ups involve retightening the beads. If you book after 5 weeks, an additional fee will apply. If you're unsure whether you need a touch-up or a re-install, please call or email us before booking, as we won't have time to perform a reinstall if needed. Ladies Cut

Removal of your extensions every 6-7 months or your crown every 3-4 months. This process allows us to clear out shed hair, wash, treat, and reposition your extensions or crown, ensuring a fresh application with new beads and alternative areas on your scalp to give previous spots a break. This procedure is essential for maintaining the health and longevity of your extensions or crown.
•Opting for No Wash means only your natural hair will be cleaned and treated, while your extensions will remain untouched. This choice is ideal if you wish to avoid treating the extensions during the reinstallation process.
•Choosing Extensions Wash includes a deep treatment for both your natural hair and extensions, featuring a thorough cleanse and conditioning.
