Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no shows will be charge 100% late cancellation fee. 

If you are running late please let me know as any late client appointments may result in being cancelled if I no longer have enough time to do the treatment.

New clients must book a patch test minimum 48 hours prior to appointment.  To do this please book your patch test first on its own & then book another appointment Atleast 48 hours after your patch test for the eyebrow wax & tint. This is mandatory for all new clients either if you’ve had the treatment before else where I still need you to have a patch test. 

The patch test only take 2 minutes to complete & is compulsory to all new clients. 

I will not be able to do the treatment without a patch test.

The luxury facial starts with a double cleanse, tone, exfoliation of the face & neck followed by a mask to suit your skin type.
