I’m currently in my 3rd year of university, studying sport and exercise science BSc (hons) and hold a level 3 ITEC certificate in sports massage. I am a dedicated sports therapist with a passion for all things sport and health. I offer personal sports therapy sessions tailored to meet the needs of both athletes and non athletes. Whether you are coming for a postural reset due to having a sedentary based job or whether you have suffered a sporting injury and on the road to recovery!
