Phonkhlai Studio (it means “relax” in the Thai language) was set up to give local people in SE19 an introduction to the benefits of Thai Massage within a comfortable, recently completed studio within our home in Crystal Palace. Many of us have spent months at home thanks to Covid-19 where we have been hunched over a computer and sat on an uncomfortable chair. Consequently, we experience a whole new range of aches and pains.
