My first massage outside of physical therapy. I wanted something a little more than a massage, but I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into with bodywork. Turns out, this was exactly what I needed. I have chronic pain my doctor has been throwing anti inflammatories, muscle relaxers, and pain meds at without relief. I walked out of this first appointment with minimal pain. My range of motion is better than it's been in years. I feel good and want to go be productive rather than sit in my recliner. Looking forward to my next visit and hoping for long term relief.

I’ve had a lot of massages before, but never a bodywork appointment. For transparency, I booked this appointment on the 1 year anniversary of my mom’s passing because I knew I’d need support. Jack was amazing. He was communicative and let me know what I should do and when to get the full benefits of our body work session i.e. pushing my elbow or arm a certain way and holding the resistance during my inhale before completely releasing on my exhale to fully feel the release in tension. I’d rate 10 stars. Working in tandem during the first part and then fully relaxing after was fantastic.

We’ll reserve an additional 15 minutes to set up and break down comfort items and to allow you to dress and undress at a relaxed pace. A small $10 fee covers this extra time on our schedule & our body comfort system, ensuring you get the best experience. You’ll also complete a pregnancy massage waiver so we can provide extra care during your treatment. For high risk pregnancies and pregnancies in their first trimester, please receive written or verbal clearance to receive prenatal massage/ manual therapy from your prenatal healthcare provider before booking.

What’s covered in the $10 fee? (Press here) We’ll reserve an additional 15 minutes on our calendar to be able to discuss any treatment plans with both the client and parent, to prepare the treatment room for the parent/guardian, and to be able to take our time and go slower with treatment or take breaks if needed.

To accommodate this additional time dedicated to ensuring the best care and experience for your child, we apply a small $10 fee. We’ll send you a consent form that must be signed by a parent or guardian for the minor to receive treatment.

All clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian on-site during treatment. For minors aged 11-17, parents are welcome but not required to be in the treatment room. For clients aged 0-10, a parent or legal guardian must be present in the treatment room throughout the service.

Very. 👏 With our massage sessions, you get the full time you’re paying for. You book an hour, you get a full 60 minutes— not 50 or 55 like most places. The clock starts when the massage starts (unless you’re late, that’s the only way you may not get your full time.) For our Rapid Reset appointments, session lengths depend on how you respond to treatment. We give you the most common timeframes so you know what to expect. We’ll always make sure we have enough time to focus on what your body needs, but here’s the bonus: without the flowy transitions, Rapid Reset is all about efficiency. You get a better, more effective result in less time. We’ll address the root of the problem and make sure to stop before overloading your nervous system, giving you fast results & lasting relief without needing to take the extra time out of your day. Better results in less time? Yes, please!

How accurate are your session lengths? ⌚

No matter what you book, you will never be rushed out. We make sure to have a little wiggle room around each appointment, so once you're done, you have time to regroup, checkout, rebook, and ask your specialist any questions post-service without feeling hurried. We even give you a 5 minute grace period for your appointment start time just in case life happens - we get it. We're here to help you, not add to your stress. Just text us and let us know.

What if I'm running late? 😌

For your entire appointment, you are our priority. 🫵We listen carefully to what you need and adjust the session to target those specific goals. Whether you need special attention on certain areas or a particular advanced technique, we’re here to tailor each session to meet your needs and ensure you get the most effective treatment possible. We even adjust the “little things” to maximize your experience. You want relaxing music? R&B? 80's hits? We’ve got you. Adjust the heat on the table? Check. Pressure a little firmer or lighter? Done. Whatever it is, we've got your back. (literally).

Are your services customized? ✨ 

At Renewal, we keep things straightforward—no hidden fees or extra charges. When you book a massage session, we include any of our advanced tools and techniques as needed for therapeutic benefits or to enhance your relaxation, without any additional costs. Whether you need (or want) hot or cool stones, hot towels, CBD, muscle scraping, percussion, vibration, cupping, or anything else in your therapist's toolbox, it’s all included in your session. You get exactly what you need to feel great!

We have a small fee for prenatal clients ($10) to cover the additional accommodations and time on our schedule, and we have a 50% cancellation fee for reschedules/ cancels within 24 hours, or 100% if you miss your appointment with no communication prior. That's all there is to it!

Any Hidden Fees or Upcharges? 👀

Gratuity is never expected. We understand why you might want to provide a tip: it’s to show your gratitude for a job well done. Thank you! 😊 If you would LIKE to give a tip to your therapist, you can and it'll be appreciated! — just know that it's really okay with us if you don’t. Other ways to show your appreciation are leaving a review or referring someone new. But truly the very best tip we can receive is to see you again! 

The massage and bodywork industry is known for tipping because most places only pay their therapists a small percentage of what you pay, hoping that you as the client will make up the difference. On top of that, the prices normally barely cover the overhead to give you an great experience, especially for small businesses and solopreneurs.

At Renewal, we set our prices and our commissions to make sure our therapists can get paid fairly, and also cover everything we need to give you an exceptional experience every time, no matter what, whether you tip or not. 🫶

From hiring only high-quality, experienced, licensed therapists to studying the science behind how our treatments actually work in the body, we’ve done our homework to be able to help you meet your goals in the most efficient way.

Through their years of experience, our therapists have focused on finding & practicing the best, most effective techniques and continue to keep up with the most recent studies on how the body’s muscle, fascia, lymphatic, and nervous systems & the brain all work together.

They’ve also got years under their belts mastering how to keep you as comfortable as possible during treatments. We're committed to never stop learning about what can help you best.

We’ll never cut corners on your safety. You can rest assured knowing that we set aside specific time after each appointment to sanitize the room & all tools, and without harsh chemicals. If you're dealing with a specific health condition, we’re careful to use only the techniques that are safe and effective for you. We don’t play around when it comes to contraindications. Prior to your first appointment, you'll fill out an in-depth health history form.

Most of the time, we’ll be able to modify and adjust treatments to fit your specific conditions. And if your condition makes treatment unsafe, we’ll be honest with you—no risks taken. If we can't help you with your specific goals, or if our work isn't helping you after so many treatments, we'll let you know & refer you to someone from a network of practitioners that we trust to give you the same amount of care that we do. We promise that we'll do our best to help you- whether that means with us or without. You are our priority.
