We are Sligo’s first complementary and alternative therapy centre – a haven of tranquility where you can enjoy the most complete range of natural therapies under one roof in town. Situated opposite Lyon’s Cafe along the Taxi Rank on Quay Street, our therapy rooms are behind a sound-insulated wall. So as you step in for your treatment you can enjoy the most soothing peace and quiet as the sounds of hustle and bustle fade away behind you. Caring for the people of Sligo since April 2008 we currently have seven, fully qualified, therapists working from the centre.
