*for the welfare of the puppy, it is at my discretion as to when they are ready for the full puppy grooming experience. 

Get your puppy used to the sights, sounds and smells of the grooming room. 
First session is a desensitisation to the grooming process, taken very gently to create a calm, stress free environment. 

Extra time is allowed for cuddles, treats, reassurance and even nap time. 

Once happy the session Includes :  bath, dry, claw trim, tidying of paws, eyes and hygiene area.

EXISTING CLIENTS - Puppy Package ( under 6 months ) 

Initial assessment of teeth and gums includes a personal toothbrush head. 
With numerous advantages, it enables efficient cleaning of the teeth and gums, reduces bacteria in the dog's saliva, plaque and bad breath. It also promotes blood circulation to the gums and prevents tartar by reducing plaque. All these aspects contribute to a significant improvement in your dog's dental health.
Without brushing, it cleans painlessly and gently yet thoroughly, the ultrasonic waves penetrate deep into the gums to reduce plaque and bacteria from tight spaces between the teeth. This reduces inflammation, prevents tartar and gum disease through gentle and silent deep cleaning and can prevent certain diseases and contribute to a longer and healthier life for your pet.
Emmi-pet ultrasonic’s potential to reduce the need for professional dental cleanings by a veterinarian, saving money. 
This does NOT replace a visit to the vet and we recommend having your dog's teeth professionally checked regularly. 

EXISTING CLIENTS - First Emmi-pet Tooth session

PLEASE DO NOT send your dog for grooming if you think they have fleas. 
If a dog arrives and fleas are found, a charge will be added to your grooming fee.  
The reason for this is, they will require an extra bath with flea insecticide shampoo, deep clean and flea treatment of the salon. 
If your dog is infested, then you will be asked to collect the dog and full payment of the groom will be required as a missed appointment.
