At our salon, we aim to provide a seamless booking experience. After scheduling your appointment online, you'll be contacted to arrange a payment of 50% of your total. If we don’t hear back regarding the deposit, your appointment will be canceled. Cancellations within 48 hours do not incur a charge; however, if you’ve paid a booking fee, it’s non-refundable but can be applied to a future appointment (only once).
