I'm Jess, Nurse of 9yrs, qualified personal trainer, Level 5 soft tissue & remedial massage therapist and cosmetic aesthetics practitioner. I'm a mum to three young children and two large dogs. I have always had an interest in how the body functions & works and have come to a point in my life where I want to be around to support my kids but also be able to work too. This has lead me to training to be a soft tissue therapist & an aesthetics practitioner. I hope to be able to keep bodies supple & moving and meet your aesthetic goals from the comfort of my home based clinic.
