University Coaching for Activity and Nutrition (UCAN) is a health coaching program on the NAU campus that is available for students, faculty, and staff. Health coaches can support their clients in making changes to improve nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, and body image. We offer single initial sessions for free, or students can pay $20 for a 6-session series over 6 weeks.
