This service is our complete coaching package. This includes:
-5 online personalised training sessions per week based on your goals and abilities.
-A monthly 1:1 coaching session. This makes sure that you are not only getting the training sessions needed to achieve your goal, you are also able to fulfil the sessions with movements and techniques to get the best out of your training. These sessions are delivered from FXT Penkridge, an exceptional and purpose built training facility. 
-A welcome pack consisting of a YoungFit T-shirt and shaker bottle.
-£5 discount to be used against a monthly Sports Massage service.
-Access to our YoungFit community group chat. 
-Any performance coaching client can add an additional 1-1 coaching session at any point at a reduced rate of £45.

The training session will be planned to fully accommodate your needs and goals and provide you with a tailored session, geared towards your progress.
