Indian Head Massage

Reiki is a Japanese therapeutic technique founded by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. Reiki healing treatments are great to help support your body physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Reiki is the channelling of universal life force energy through the practitioner to the recipient to help support their body’s own healing system.

Reiki healing is a relaxing treatment where you remain fully clothed and I will place my hands on, or above certain areas in your body to channel the energy whilst you relax under a cosy blanket. You may feel a gentle heat, a tingle, may see vivid colours, or may feel nothing at all!
