Hello there! I am Alice, a fully qualified Level 4 Sports Therapist with additional training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and cancer-adapted massage techniques.

I offer sports therapy, sports massage, manual lymphatic drainage and oncology massage treatments.

If you are coming for a first time sports therapy treatment, this is the option to choose.
The first appointment includes a 15 minutes postural assessment. 

Sports therapy is for patients wanting to address a specific issue like pain, limited range of movement, injury recovery etc.
The session will be tailored to your needs and targeted to a specific group of muscles.
I will be using different techniques like sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, soft tissue mobilisation, soft tissue release, muscle energy techniques or deep transverse frictions.

This treatment is for those that want to address tension, to aid in injury prevention and for relaxation and well being.
A 1,5 Hour session includes the treatment of shoulders and backs, gluts, legs, feet, pecs and hands. One area can be targeted or avoided according to your needs and 

Sports Massage - 1,5 Hour

This treatment is for those that want to address tension, to aid in injury prevention and for relaxation and well being.
A classic hour session includes the treatment of shoulders and backs, gluts, legs, feet, pecs and hands. One area can be targeted or avoided according to your needs and preferences. 

Sports massage - 1 hour

This treatment is for those that want to address tension, to aid in injury prevention and for relaxation and well In a 30 minutes session you will have to choose between the following areas with my advice: shoulders and backs, gluts, legs, feet, arms and hands. One area can be targeted or avoided according to your needs and preferences. 

Sports massage - 30 minutes

This is a gorgeous light touch treatment for those having cancer and needing support in their recovery journey.
Oncology massage is activating the relaxation response of the body and is helping reducing anxiety, nausea and helps with pain management. 
Every treatment is adapted to your situation and needs.

Massage

Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle massage treatment stimulating the circulation of lymph fluid around the body. The stimulation of the massage helps to speed up the removal of wastes and toxins.
It helps with swelling, especially after an injury or surgery, it gives a boost to the immune system and is an extremely relaxing treatment. 
In a 45 minutes session we will be able to treat one or two areas of the body (usually head, chest or legs).
