They are friendly and nice. I am very grateful they fit me in last minute due to me being on their waitlist.  Unfortunately I felt the lady who did my nails was not experienced in doing the IBX treatment which I was not told about. Also I don’t know if it was the treatment or the technique used but my nails feel lumpy. Additionally I feel the red colour she painted on  is rushed and is not tidy around the cuticle area. I do feel bad because I believe she did try her best but I am not happy with it.
