Ombré brows also known as ‘powder brows’ is a cosmetic and semi permanent tattoo. If you have gaps in your brows, very little or fine hair then this technique can lift the whole eye area, creating a beautiful arch and lift without the need for surgery. Some of you may already have really nice natural brows already but want more definition and less hassle of drawing them on daily.
