I always love getting my nails done. Olivia is so welcoming and accommodating and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. She is very friendly and chatty and puts you at ease. Your hair needs to be washed and dried (preferably the night before) and as smooth as possible. Please also use as little hair masks/conditioner as possible to give maximum stay for your hair.

Policy

Please come to your appointment with no makeup on.
No tan is preferred as it can dry out your skin.
Please cancel your appointment if you have any infections, I can't risk spreading anything to other clients.

Full Face Of Makeup With Lashes

Policy
Anyone under 16 needs a parent with them for their appointment.
Please let me know when booking/before the appointment if there are any problems with your nails that will need fixing.
I do not soak off/infill others work! If you come to your appointment with somebody else's work you will be turned away and be required to pay the cancellation fee.
If you are coming in for a new set please make sure your nails are completely product free.
All appointments are for natural nails only meaning I don't do extensions!
Please cancel your appointment if you have any infections, I can't risk spreading anything to other clients.

Aftercare
Use cuticle oil daily
Do not get wet within 12 hours of the service being provided

Hema-Free  Builder Gel & Gel Colour

All brow appointments will require a patch test at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
A new patch test will also need to be required for any clients who haven't had the treatment done in the last 6 months or if you have had any changes to your medical history e.g. new diagnosis, new medication, pregnancy etc.
Although this is highly recommended I know some clients are walkins/last minute appointments so in this case a waiver will need to be signed.
It is rare but still possible to react to a treatment even after a patch test has been carried out correctly with no reaction; if this happens please contact a doctor.
AFTERCARE
If any redness or irritation occurs apply a damp cotton wool compress.
• If symptoms persist for more than 24 hours seek medical advice.
• Avoid eye make up for 12 hours.
• Avoid washing your hair or swimming/saunas/sunbeds for 24hrs
• Do not apply or receive other eye treatments for at least 24 hours after
