Note: You will be on the Colonic treatment machine for 40 minutes. We have scheduled this appointment for 1 hour 15 minutes as we need time to prepare the treatment room, to deep clean the machine and the treatment room afterwards.

- Please have a light meal the night before your appointment, try to avoid red meat, alcohol and sweets. 
- No solid food 2 hours before your appointment (light soup and herbal teas are fine).

Contraindications for Colonic Irrigation: 
* Diverticulitis, Crohn’s disease, Ulcerative colitis, Ischemic colitis, Severe hemorrhoids, Anal fissures, Kidney disease and Cancer. 
* Colon surgery in the past 1 year.
* Colonoscopy in the past 3 months.
* Any abdominal surgeries in the past 6 months. 
* During the first and the third trimester of pregnancy. 

Please consult with your doctor first if you have any serious health concerns.
