Great Sports Massage!

I recently had a sports massage, and it was fantastic. The therapist was skilled and attentive, applying just the right pressure to ease my muscle tension. I felt the knots dissolve, and the advice on stretching was super helpful. After the session, I noticed a big improvement in flexibility and reduced soreness. I'll definitely be coming back!

targeted deep tissue massage with frictions and trigger point therapy for the whole body excluding head and face. this massage is for general maintenance and for those who want a deeper amount of pressure during massage. sports massage can help boost recovery and reduce recovery time between training sessions or after injury. this massage is not to be carried out within the first 2 weeks after injury.

Use of an ultrasound device that applies sound waves to stimulate tissues and break up scar tissue. Encourages blood flow to the area to increase healing. Penetrating deeper than massage. Can be used over bony areas such as ankles, knees, wrists, and elbows. Fantastic for tendonitis injury such as tennis elbow.

Authentic Indian Massage completed in a chair. Massage applied to upper back, shoulders, arms, neck and head (includes face). This can be performed clothed or with upper shoulders exposed for oil treatment. Choose from mustard oil or jasmine oil. Great for office workers. Boosts your productivity leaves you relaxed and rebalanced. 

Indian head massage 

45 minutes of deep tissue massage to a specific problem area such as just legs , back or shoulders 

45 minutes massage 

30 minute targeted massage for 1 area such as; back, neck and shoulders or legs/ arms and shoulders. A firm deep pressure with frictions and trigger point techniques. 

30 minutes sports massage 

A seated massage that can be preformed over clothes or with oils. Works on the pressure points in the upper body. client can choose to have their legs massaged too if required. 

Acupressure 

a Swedish massage with deeper pressures . does not include the head and face.

Deep Tissue Massage

a massage with use of  hot stones for whole body. the heat of the stones enables a deeper penetration into the muscles to give a deeper relaxation. does not include face. cannot be used with aromatherapy treatments.
