She specialises in foot, hand, and ear reflexology, offering tailored treatments for fertility, maternity, postnatal care, palliative care, and stress relief.

This treatment is for subsequent treatments after an initial consultation. 

The focus for these sessions will be led by you and we will work on your main concerns to try and bring homeostasis to your body, mind and spirit. 

Reflexology

A 15 minute medical consultation. Followed by a 60 minute exploratory reflexology treatment working the key reflexes and helper reflexes. The focus for this session will be identifying imbalances and to bring homeostasis to your body, mind and spirit.

Manual therapy is a hands-on technique which includes soft tissue massage, articulation, myofascial release and muscle energy techniques, aiming to alleviate musculoskeletal issues, improve mobility, and reduce pain.

Manual therapy promotes natural healing and stress reduction.

A follow up treatment includes:
- Progress discussion
- Physical examination / including gait

This treatment is for subsequent treatments after an initial fertility reflexology consultation. 

The focus for these sessions will be led by you and we will work on your main concerns to try and bring balance to your body, mind and spirit. 

The treatment will centre around the reproductive and endocrine system whilst encouraging relaxation.

Do you have ear seeds but no idea how to use them? Then this is the treat-orial for you. Spend 30 minutes discussing the main acupressure points you want to use and devise a treatment plan with me. I will show you how to locate the reflexes and place the ear seeds independently. Equipping you with the skills to continue supporting your own well-being. 

Ear Seeding Tutorial 

Ear seeding is used in traditional Chinese medicine. A small vaccaria seed is placed over acupressure points on the ear and can be pressed to stimulate reflexes relating to parts of the body.
