PLUS any extra work you feel you need towards reflexology, a head massage, maybe you fancy trying out the massage gun or the warming cups for a bit? The room is yours.

An initial manual therapy back massage for relaxation or specific pains, followed by a back and legs treatment using a modern version of traditional vacuum cups. 

We'll work on specific sore spots and knots throughout the back body and treat them with an increased blood circulation, tissue rolling, and infrared heat therapy. 

Especially good for those unbeatable golf ball sized knots, pinched nerves, and severe DOMS. 


Back Massage Plus Cupping

This it the one to go for if you have a specific ache or pain, anywhere in the quads, hamstrings, calves, feet, and hips. 

Also suitable as a post-event sports massage treatment

For specific or referred back pains, this treatment may work other areas. 

May include cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation, and PNF stretching.

Using the Indian head massage techniques, followed by further deeper treatment around shoulders, traps wrists and hands. 

- Ideal for overworked professionals needing a full physical and mental recovery session. 

Fantastic curative results for:
- Office/phone/computer aches
- Headaches
- Stiff neck 
- Jaw pain/TMJ
- Sinus issues
- Hair and scalp rejuvenation

Do you have sore, cramping or achy calves, preparing for or just completed an event? Normally only available as part of a full body treatment, get your quads, hamstrings and whole lower half mobilised with this well received service.

Like the main back treatment, but if you're short on time, and know exactly where your problem is we can zone in on it in this simple desk worker's oasis. 

You can choose in person whether you prefer a swedish, relaxation, or deep tissue/sports style treatment. 

Back Massage Condensed 

Each massage treatment is held back to back. You can choose in person whether you prefer a Swedish, relaxation, or deep tissue/sports style treatment. 30 mins each person. 

Couples Back Massage

Therapeutic Massage

Full body therapeutic massage for after 13 weeks gestations, to relieve swelling, stress, tension, and back pain.

Includes light abdominal contact, lymphatic drainage of the legs, head massage and facial/sinus release.

Whole sequence carried out on one side and then the other, before lying on your back.  Extra cushions are provided for support throughout. 

Please have permission from midwife/consultant when booking.
