Swedish massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing toxins within the muscles, improving circulation and flexibility whilst easing tension.

Swedish Massage

A deep tissue massage technique uses slow strokes and sustained pressure to target the inner layers of muscles, deep below the surface. It’s used primarily to treat musculoskeletal problems and aid recovery from physical activity or sports injuries. However also has wider applications that can improve the body, mind and soul of anyone receiving the treatment.

Hot Stone Massage

Reflexology is a technique that applies pressure to your feet. It aims to bring about a state of relaxation and help the body's own healing process.

Reflexology works in a similar way to acupressure and acupuncture. Reflexologists believe there are certain points on the feet. These points correspond to the organs and glands in the body. So by pressing and massaging these points it can stimulate energy pathways in the body.

If any energy pathways are blocked reflexology aims to unblock them. Allowing the energy to flow freely again which aims to restore balance to the body, giving you a sense of clarity and relaxation.

A luxurious spa facial using Scottish natural skincare brand Amaranthine. This facial offers a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience that leaves the skin with a radiant glow. 
The treatment begins with a gentle double cleansing using rich, botanical-based products that remove impurities and makeup.
A delicate tailored exfoliation follows, using finely ground plant-based ingredients like rice powder, charcoal or fruit enzymes, depending on skins needs which effectively remove dead skin cells and promote a smoother, brighter complexion.
A mask is then applied, tailored to the individual's skin type and concerns, whilst the mask works its magic, a massage of the face, neck, and shoulders is performed. A relaxing and rejuvenating spa mini facial using Scottish natural skincare brand Amaranthine.

This mini facial begins with a gentle cleansing of the skin using a soothing botanical cleanser that removes impurities while nourishing the skin, skin is then toned with a refreshing mist made from rose water or witch hazel, which helps to tighten the pores and soothe the skin. 

Followed by a relaxing facial and chest massage using rejuvenating facial oil, rose quartz gua-sha is then used on the face to lift and sculpt and improve lymph drainage helping to depuff the face. and leave you glowing.

The facial concludes with the application of a lightweight, natural Amaranthine moisturiser to lock in hydration and leave the skin feeling soft and revitalised.

The Bacial

This treatment begins with a warm botanical foot bath and luxurious sea salt foot scrub and file exfoliation to help remove rough and dry skin.

You will then be treated to a relaxing warm oil foot massage to your pressure, followed by an invigorating peppermint foot mask to hydrate and soothe the skin.

The Foot Ritual

This treatment is a little different! A restorative and energising full body treatment that begins with body brushing to speed up circulation and lymph flow, followed by a fast paced and vigorous full body massage, including drainage movements to revitalise and awaken the senses.

Dreamy Nights 

Designed for those suffering from high stress levels and anxiety.

We begin with a relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage to release areas of tension caused by stress, followed by a pressure point scalp and face massage focusing on softening the muscles in the jaw and brow.

Finishing with your choice of a hand or foot massage.

This treatment is done using a special anti-anxiety oil with Bergamot, Lavender and Ylang Ylang.

The Stress Buster

This treatment begins with a Sacral (lower back) and Abdominal (stomach) massage with drainage movements using warm peppermint and clove oil to help relax the muscles and improve bloating and cramping.

A detoxifying seaweed and clay mineral mask will then be applied to the abdomen. Whilst the mask works you will be treated to a short reflexology session targeting the areas of the digestive tract and lower back.

The Happy Tummy Treatment 

This mineral-rich seaweed wrap is a superb body detoxifying and cleansing treatment, firming your skin whilst also relaxing the muscles and soothing pain.

This detox body wrap treatment begins with a vigorous body massage using bamboo tools and detoxifying oil to warm the skin and improve circulation and lymph drainage to aid in the removal of toxins and improve fluid retention, followed by a body scrub using sea salt to stimulate the skin and remove any dead skin cells.

A mineral-rich seaweed body wrap will then be applied to your areas of concern to draw out impurities and improve skin condition and complexion, leaving skin firmer and smoother as well as helping to break down the tissue that cause cellulite.
