Founded by professional boxer Darragh Foley, who has experienced firsthand the transformative effects of these therapies, FICE Recovery blends proven recovery methods with a tranquil, beachside environment. We off 1 hour sessions for access to our saunas and ice baths. We are located 160m from James street. Access via our laneway on West Street.
