The Reiki practice acts in particular where there are deficiencies and imbalances, on the physical level in case of illness, on the mental, emotional and evolutionary level of the treated person. It is carried out by the laying on of specific energy points of the body: it can be local (in case of problems on specific area) or mental (in case of stress, anxiety and overthinking). The quick treatment is carried out by the laying on of specific energy points of the body: the 7 main chakra. The longer appointment focus also on the mind, unplugging it from the worries and bringing peace and calm. It is usually followed by a follow up on the treatment received. It is suggested in case of emotional, energetic or physical imbalances and problems like stress, anxiety, panic attack, fatigue, pain, insomnia, support for oncology patients.

The therapy session is based on Dr. Lowen bioenergetics principles and the idea that our body records all our memories, traumatic experiences, emotions connected. By working on the body and energy meridians with this special massage, the person is conducted through an introspective journey and can release tensions, energetic blocks and suppressed emotions.  The treatment is composed of gentle, deep and effective techniques, useful for getting to know ourselves, rediscovering our vital energy, achieving and maintaining a good overall balance and an optimal level of health. It is particularly suggested in cases of insomnia, stress, anxiety, fibromyalgia, emotional blocks, trauma.
Please note that this is the full body relaxing massage, there is no talking therapy in this session.
