🔹️A deposit of 50% must be made as soon as you create your booking. Your booking is not secured until you have made deposit.

🔹️Clients have a 20 min grace period for arrival. After which there will be a late fee applied ever 15 mins thereafter.

Get a comprehensive look at your scalp health under a microscope. Build a plan for shedding, thinning, alopecia, irritation, flakey scalp conditions and more.
*Please bring all products you use at home.
*Do not wash your hair up to 5 days before your appointment.
*Make sure your scalp is visible (no braids, weaves etc)
*Be ready to answer questions about the last 3 years of your hair and scalp care.
*Note down and bring information about diet, medications, medical history and family health history.

Reg Wash and Condition

Have you just taken out your braids or Faux Locs? Has it been 3 weeks or more since your last shampoo? If so this is the cleanse you need. Followed by regular conditioning.

Deep Cleanse/Clarify

HAIR TRIMS

A Big Chop - removing the chemical or heat-damaged ends of hair.
A Shaped Cut - Cutting hair into a desired shape e.g. taper, heart shape, layers, mullet, bangs etc.

Hair Cuts

Hair Take down and Detangle from old protective styles such as braids, cane rows, twists, etc. Style must not have been installed for more than 6 weeks.

This is an even cut. Hair is blow-dried and then the uneven, thinned ends are cut.

This is followed by suggestions on hair shape and colour options as well as a plan for maintenance going forward.
After, we test different product brands to find the most compatible with your hair type and texture and build a portfolio of product brands you can choose from. 
We will then shape, wash, deep treat and curl your hair to start you on your journey!
