10-15 minute session in our infrared sauna.  We recommend a session in the sauna before your massage to relaxes your body and muscles for a better massage.

Note: Sauna Therapy “spot sessions” are experienced fully clothed (except for shoes), for 10 to 15 minutes, not to the point of true sweating. Sauna Therapy can be enjoyed before or after massage, but best before.  Show up 20 minutes prior to your massage session wearing something comfortable.

The suction created in cupping stretches the tissue outward, creating an effect similar to deep tissue or myofascial release. It's like massage therapy in reverse, instead of applying inward pressure to the muscles, it uses gentle pressure to pull the muscles outward.
