Thai yoga massage is performed whilst fully dressed and lying on my comfortable futon. Targeting the back, this treatment begins at your feet and works all the way up to your shoulders, gently stretching and massaging you.  A surprisingly relaxing and effective treatment. Thai yoga massage 90 minute appointment.

My favourite therapy both to give and receive, Thai Yoga Massage is sometimes called lazy person’s yoga. It is an ancient traditional Thai healing therapy. It combines principles of acupressure, reflexology, assisted progressive stretching and yoga. With the client fully clothed, the therapist uses feet, elbows, palms, thumbs and knees to apply gentle pressure and yoga stretches to the body. The movements and stretches take place in a smooth, flowing sequence, generating feelings of deep relaxation and balance within the receiver’s body.

Anyone who is level 3 who still feels the desire learn and share within a group - I will offer you a 'Further progression' session.  I would expect this group would be less about me teaching you (as you are already into your own development) and more about the group exploring your experience and sharing it with others of a similar level experience.

Further Progression in Reiki for those already attuned to Reiki level 3.

Those who have been attuned to Reiki, and are getting to practice, and feel confident in where the hands go etc - This is  a 'Developing' level. Discussion, practice and learning more about Reiki. 

Developing Reiki Sahre.

For those that are new to Reiki, a Share involves a group getting together to talk about our experience, ask questions and practice giving Reiki - which means we also receive it.  There is often a 'topic' to focus on too.

If you have ever wondered what Reiki is, this is the workshop for you. Reiki is used around the world for easing symptoms such as pain, sleeplessness, anxiety, hormonal imbalances as well as to aid in changing habits such as smoking. This 3 hour session will be an informal discussion on what Reiki is, where it came from, how it can be used, and how to learn to apply it to you and your loved ones. Designed for anyone who is curious, or even for therapists who are curious about adding Reiki to their treatment menu. There will be opportunity to experience a short taster of Reiki for those who which to try it.

Join Cosmo and Lesley for this one day workshop.  'Invitation to Shavasana’ is a perfect way to describe this gentle massage sequence, because we are literally inviting the body into alignment and into Shavasana, through a soft but deep compression massage from a caring and precise touch.

Join me for an afternoon of contemplating the physical and energetic changes of autumn.  We will focus on what we want to let go of, like leaves falling from the trees, and also what we want to harvest and nurture as we go forward.  No experience is needed. I will provide: handouts, hot drinks, wonderful healing aromas, some meditation practices, and hold space for you to apply healing Reiki to help to bring ourselves to harmony, boost our immunity, lower levels of sadness, anxiety or overwhelm. I'll also offer us a snuggly autumnal Sound Healing to close the session.
You will need: Warm and comfortable clothing that you can relax in. Your yoga mat, cushion and blanket.
A brand new candle that appeals to you as a symbol of bringing your intentions into the light. Your journal, pen, reading glasses.  Maybe this is the time to begin a new journal. If you have the time before our session, carve out a small pumpkin.  Do it with intention and mindfulness.  Bring it to the session with you.
