I booked in for a deep tissue massage to help to release my muscular discomfort particularly in the glute and shoulder areas. 

I had also been experiencing migraines over the past few weeks.

The deep pressure was perfect for the tight knots (there was afew to say the least!) 
Hollie is highly skilled and able to tune into the exact areas that need treatment.

Over the last few days, I've had a significant reduction in headache pain and eyes strain... This gives great advantages enhancing general well-being. I've had better, more restful night's sleep aswell.
