1 hour online session using kinesiology & reiki to connect to the wisdom of your body to find the root cause of any underlying issues. Physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic blocks can cause a lack of ease in the body and in your life. Here we can find what it is you need to overcome them and live your best life. Things kinesiology can help with include; sleep, aches and pain, fatigue, feeling stuck in life, moving through tough life events and emotions, career changes, decision making, anxiety, stress, self esteem and so much more.

A targeted massage to help relieve headache symptoms caused by muscle tension and stress held in the body.

Headache relief massage 45 mins

A 1 hour intuitive massage which can include one or many of the following: deep tissue massage, relaxing massage, cupping, and energy healing. A custom massage to give your body, mind and soul exactly what they need in the moment for your highest good. 

Intuitive Massage

A remedial massage for tight and sore muscles that may be restricted and need to release. Using a variety of techniques which may include one or many of the following: deep tissue massage, fascia release, trigger points, cupping, and stretches.
